Scrappin News March Edition

This month will be light on my calendar due to March Break. There is a great campaign available this month. The stamp of the month for March is Butterfly Wings! From dainty butterflies to fluttering hearts, this stamp set is a charmer with its artistic flourishes, appealing designs and loving words. This stamp set is only available through March 31.

You will notice on my schedule this month, I have added technique classes. These classes are designed to show you, up and coming techniques that can be used on Scrapbook pages, cards or any other altered project that you like to do.


Product of the Month

The product I have chosen for this month “Product of the Month” is Photo Hangers. Our photo hangers come is 6 different colours, 8 hangers and 8 brads in each of the 6 colours. That gives you 48 hangers, and the price for them is $18.50. This product will also be shown and used in this months layout of the Month.

Technique of the Month

This month I will be showing you the Bleaching Technique. During this class you will complete a Make & Take as well as instructions on how to complete this technique. Instructions and Make & Takes will only be provided for class attendees. Also, the second technique class I will be showing you Distressing with re-inker. There will be a $5 fee for all technique classes to cover supplies used for the make & takes.

Game On Workshop

The paper pack I have chosen for this months Layout class is Game On. The colours used in this paper pack are: Bamboo, Black, Desert Sand and Grey Wool. The fee for this Layout Class is $20. This will cover the Level 2 paper pack that will be used for this layout. This class must be registered and paid in full by March 19th. A sample will be available to view shortly.

The clue word that I will give you for next months product of the month is Elements.

I have made changes to my Good Times Layout Class. I am going to be re-running this class in April. Come back soon and see when this class will run again.

This is the first edition of Card of the Month. This is a criss cross card, during this workshop you will learn how to make this fun but beautiful card. There is many uses for this card and with using different paper each time you make it, it will take on a whole new meaning.

Come join me as we put together a layout that spells out FUN! Workshop fee includes everything you need to complete the FUN layout plus instructions. You will also have paper left over to complete another project. Add my Stickease onto your layout for an additional $10.95 plus taxes. Let me know when you register that you would like this option. Also at an additional cost there are stamp sets that coordinate. For more information regarding the stamps sets please contact me directly. This workshop must be registered and paid in full prior to the workshop date as the product (s) must be ordered in advance. The colours used in this layout are: Buttercup, Chocolate, Sweet Leaf, Twilight. Techniques used in this layout are: distressing and faux stitching.

Some layout workshops require you to pay and register prior to the workshop date as the products must be ordered in advance. These layout workshops will be labeled.

Workshop fee includes everything needed (level 2 paper pack) to make this layout plus instruction, plus have paper leftover to use for another project. Also at an additional cost are stamps sets that coordinate. 4 small brads and 2 large brads were used and will be provided the night of the workshop.
